Over the next few weeks, Hydroponic Systems will install a total of 12,168 linear meters of its Evolution system consisting of an Elevated Spacer and a metal gutter in Mexico.

Thanks to this hydroponic equipment, the client will grow strawberries of the highest quality in Mexico to lead the market.

The Evolution system, patented by Hydroponic Systems, is made up of a resistant and robust metal gutter that collects the drainage and takes it outside the line to be disinfected, allowing farmers to reuse it, saving high percentages of water and fertilizers. Above the gutter, a Spacer holds the bags of substrate thanks to a minimum surface area, making it easier for the drainage to fall into the gutter and never become waterlogged near the roots.

The result of this combination is that the roots always remain isolated and don’t have undesirable contact with soil dirt, humidity, puddles, etc., which causes diseases and production losses.
