The pump delivers a constant, almost pulsation-free flow, making it ideal for agricultural applications, particularly biogas plants requiring stable feed to solid–liquid separators, thermal treatment systems or downstream process lines.

How it works
A helicoid steel rotor rotates inside an NBR stator, forming a series of cavities containing the pumped fluid.
As the rotor turns, these cavities move progressively along the pump, creating a continuous and steady flow.
The CHIOR PCP is self-priming up to 9 metres (with clean water) and features dry-running protection, thanks to a drain hole integrated into the stator.
