CHIOR CPT: smooth shredding and pumping of sewage and sludge
The CHIOR CPT is designed to shred and pump livestock slurry, biogas digestate, and industrial effluents containing fibrous or lumpy materials, ensuring continuous operation even under demanding conditions.
Its highly efficient cutting system reduces fibres and prevents clogging. Powered by the tractor’s PTO, the CHIOR CPT delivers exceptional mobility and quick setup in the field.
How it works
At the heart of the CHIOR CPT is a self-adjusting cutting unit that shreds fibres before they enter the pump, stabilising the flow and protecting the hydraulics.
The design includes a gear reducer contamination barrier and an external oil inspection chamber, allowing for clear visual checks, quick interventions, and simplified maintenance.
