Asoe liquid manure hose system
On August 26, 2022, Asoe was invited to participate in the national vegetable production process jointly organized by Jiangsu Agricultural Machinery Technology Promotion Station, Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Jiangsu Agricultural Machinery Development and Application Center in Xiangshui County. About 120 people from all over the country, including experts in the field of vegetables, technical leaders of agricultural machinery promotion stations, vegetable growers, and vegetable machinery manufacturers, attended the meeting. Asoe brought the liquid manure umbilical system and self-propelled irrigation and fertilizer applicator to the field operation observation site to demonstrate the operation of liquid fertilizer mechanization equipment.
The machines and equipment participating in the demonstration came from 21 domestic R&D and production units, with a total of 52 units (sets), involving all aspects of vegetable production such as land preparation, seedling sowing, transplanting, live broadcasting, fertilization, plant protection, harvesting, and transportation. Among them, Asoe's liquid manure umbilical system and self-propelled irrigation and fertilizer applicator were recommended by the organizer as key technologies due to their advanced technology, high efficiency and low cost, and at the same time aroused strong interest from the participants.
Umbilical-type liquid manure technology
The umbilical-type liquid manure system jointly developed by Asoe and the Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs can pump the manure in the manure storage tank to the farmland over a long distance, and the manure flows through the manure pump, supply hose and drag hose, and finally return it to the field accurately and quantitatively through the liquid manure fertilizer applicator suspended on the tractor. The equipment system has low cost, high speed, and no soil compaction problem. It is suitable for returning manure to the field during the base fertilizer period and the top-dressing period for young crops at various distances. Injecting manure liquid and covering soil, the fertilizer utilization rate is high.
Asoe liquid manure system
Asoe drag hose type liquid manure system consists of agitator, manure pump, transport hose, drag hsoe, hose winding equipment, different styles of fertilizer spreaders, etc.
1. Compared with the slurry tanker, the system has low cost per cubic meter, fast return to the field, and no soil compaction problem. Liquid manure return for various distances.
2. The liquid organic fertilizer can be used in the basal fertilizer period and the young crop topdressing period to return to the field.
3. The transport hose has high pressure bearing capacity, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. The standard length is 200 meters, and other lengths can be customized. The drag hose has high tensile strength, kink resistance, super abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and aging resistance.
