2022 National Vegetable Mechanized Production Technology Observation Meeting

On August 26, 2022, Asoe was invited to participate in the National Mechanization of Vegetable Production jointly organized by Jiangsu Agricultural Machinery Technology Promotion Station, Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Jiangsu Agricultural Machinery Development and Application Center in Xiangshui Promote observation training sessions. More than 120 representatives, experts in the vegetable field, technical directors of agricultural machinery extension stations, vegetable growers, and vegetable machinery manufacturers from all over the country attended the meeting.

Asoe brought agricultural machinery --- slurry injectors and self-propelled irrigation systems to the field operation observation site to demonstrate the operation of liquid manure spreading systems.

The machinery and equipment participating in the demonstration came from 21 domestic R&D and production units, with a total of 52 sets, involving all aspects of vegetable production such as plowing, seedling cultivation, planting, transplanting, live broadcast, fertilization, plant protection, harvesting, and transportation. Among them, Asoe umbilical liquid manure spreading system and self-propelled irrigation systems were recommended by the sponsor as key technologies due to their advanced technology, high efficiency, and low cost, and at the same time aroused strong interest from the participants. Vegetable planting customers eagerly express their willingness to introduce equipment for trial use.

Umbilical liquid manure spreading system

The umbilical liquid manure spreading system jointly developed by Asoe and Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs can pump the manure in the manure tank to the farmland for a long distance, and the liquid manure flows through the manure pump, transport hose and drag hose, and finally go to the field in a precise and quantitative manner through the slurry injectors hanging on the tractor.

Asoe Liquid Manure Spreading System

Asoe umbilical liquid manure spreading system is composed of agitator, manure pump, transport hose, drag hose, drag hose reel, different types of slurry applicators, etc.

1. Compared with slurry tank, this system has lower cost per cubic meter, no soil compaction problem. It is suitable for spreading liquid manure to the field at various distances.

2. It can be used to spread the liquid manure to the field during the base fertilizer period and the green crop topdressing period.

3. Asoe is able to supply a complete set of equipment and accessories from slurry tanks to the farmland, providing a one-stop solution.

4. The transport hose has high operating pressure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The standard length is 200 meters, and other lengths can be customized. The drag hose has high tensile strength, kink resistance, super wear resistance, scratch resistance and aging resistance.
