Blueberry harvest in Romania

See video with the KAREN harvester performed on a blueberry farm in Romania.
During the demo, we harvested fruit from both young and old bushes of different sizes and shapes. This allowed us to show how KAREN works in various conditions.
The plantation was not properly trimmed, because blueberries are usually picked by hand there, and the machine is only used to clean up at the end of the harvest.
Even though the plantation was not adapted for mechanical picking, the losses were minimal, and the sealing flaps did a great job catching the falling fruit.
The machine was tested on many blueberry varieties, including Duke, Draper, and Legacy. Despite differences in bush size and terrain shape, the harvester showed great precision, gentle picking, and effective performance, no matter the variety.
