African customers visit TAGRM‘s factory

Nigerian customers visit TAGRM's factory for inspection and testing

Recently, our company welcomed a group of customers from Nigeria, Africa, who came to our company's production workshop for a field visit, aiming to gain an in-depth understanding of the production process, technical performance and after-sales service of our cassava harvester MSU1600, in order to introduce advanced agricultural machinery and equipment to help the mechanization upgrade of the local cassava industry.

Under the careful arrangement of the company, the Nigerian customers first visited the entire factory area, from the raw material warehouse to the finished product display area, leaving their dedicated figures at every step. On the production line, the machines roared, and the workers were assembling various agricultural machinery in a tense and orderly manner. Among them, TAGRM's star product, the MSU1600 cassava harvester, as the focus of this inspection, attracted the special attention of customers. The customers carefully watched every link from parts processing to whole machine assembly, and expressed high appreciation for the high-quality materials and advanced production processes used by our company.

Under the guidance of production technicians, customers discussed in depth the core technology and innovation of the cassava harvester. They were particularly concerned about the ease of operation, durability and maintenance cost of the machine, and asked in detail about the operation process of the harvester, daily maintenance precautions and common troubleshooting methods that may be encountered. Our technicians patiently answered questions, not only introducing the ideal entry angle of this type of harvester, how to ensure efficient operation under different soil types, but also had in-depth exchanges on tractor adaptation issues, emphasizing the importance of choosing a tractor with a suitable horsepower range to improve work efficiency and protect the machine.

In addition, customers also paid special attention to the adaptability of the cassava harvester, and were concerned that the equipment could effectively cope with the complex farmland environment in Nigeria. In response to this demand, our technicians introduced in detail the adjustment mechanism before the use of the harvester, including how to prepare the land, ridge the land, select cassava varieties, and plant depth, and flexibly adjust the working parameters to ensure the best harvesting effect.

During the inspection, the two sides also had a preliminary discussion on the possibility of future cooperation. Nigerian customers said that through this field visit, they are full of confidence in our cassava harvester, and believe that it will greatly improve the production efficiency of local cassava growers and promote sustainable agricultural development. They look forward to establishing a long-term cooperative relationship with our company and jointly promoting the modernization of agriculture in Nigeria and the entire African region.

This visit not only deepened the understanding and trust between the two sides, but also laid a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation. Our company will continue to uphold the customer-first philosophy, continuously optimize product performance, provide more efficient and reliable agricultural solutions to international customers, and work together to create a bright future for cassava planting mechanization.
