The SAUTEC truck unloader: the unloading trucks in a few minutes
The SAUTEC truck unloader is a mobile conveyor belt designed to optimize the unloading trailers and dump trucks transporting bulk products.

The truck unloader can be used for all trailers and allows operators to work safely. With its high capacity, between 3 and 10 minutes are enough, depending on the truck unloader configuration, to unload 30 tons of bulk products. In order to meet the requirements and problems of our customers, the truck unloader like other SAUTEC equipment is customizable: many available options (frequency variator, cover up, transfer chute) can be simply added or removed.
Moreover, the mobility of the truck unloader allows it to be easily transportable and movable between sites or on the same storage area. So, there’s no need for civil engineering for configure the unloading area. Removal of impurities is realized on the unloading area thanks to the removable grating. Once the operations have been completed, the unloading area can be easily cleaned.
