More choice in the garden maintenance arena, and with a unique forward or reverse rotating rotor for optimum seedbed preparation

Kubota Australia has unveiled the Land Pride Rotary RT12 tiller range, further broadening its product offering in the lifestyle farming and garden maintenance space.

The RT12 series covers working widths from 1.1 to 2.1 metres, and has a 60hp gearbox rating for use in both rural and non-rural applications like gardening and landscaping.

Moreover, unique to the RT12 family is the option of a conventional forward rotating rotor or a reverse rotating rotor.

“With a reverse rotating rotor, the tines rotate in the opposite direction to conventional tillers, pulling the tiller into the soil more effectively in demanding conditions,” said Kubota Australia Product Manager for Land Pride, John Moloney.

“This buries residue more effectively and tills more intensively, resulting in a high-quality seedbed.”

The offset capabilities allow the tiller to work closer to fixed objects such as fence lines, buildings or trees, and the operator can control the tilling depth with the adjustable skid shoes.

The tiller range is compatible with the Land Pride QH Series Quick Hitch, allowing users to quickly connect and disconnect from the implement.

The gearbox on the RT12 tillers comes with a three-year warranty, and there’s also the standard Land Pride 10-year chain and sprocket warranty on the side transmission.

Land Pride rotary tillers are priced from RRP $3300 plus GST and are available through Kubota dealers nationwide. And until the end of November 2022, Kubota is also offering up to $500 credit for Land Pride attachments with the purchase of any new Kubota tractor.
