OVLAC Versadisc to make working debut at this year’s Tillage-Live

Having first broken cover at the Royal Highland Show, visitors will get the opportunity to see OVLAC’s Versadisc a product development from the Versatill, make it’s working debut at Tillage-Live this year.

Supported by Case IH tractors from main brand dealer G. Marshall Ltd., the Versadisc with a front row of hydraulic chopping discs, two rows of mixing tines, a row of v formation levelling tines and a rear consolidation roller will be put through its paces on the working plots.

Now in its 27th year Tillage-Live returns to Scotland this autumn, organised by the Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA)on behalf of the industry, the event takes place on Wednesday 26th September 2018 at Dunbar, East Lothian. The site is directly off the A1 at Spott Roundabout; please follow the road signs to the visitor’s entrance to the event. More information can be found at http://tillage-live.uk.com

Nick Clark of Halse South West the UK importers of the Spanish built OVLAC range of ploughs and cultivation equipment, said, “We’re heading to Tillage-Live to support our local dealers and increase brand awareness.

“We have quite a few dealers in Scotland and northern England, but we are still looking to increase our dealer network in certain areas of northern England and Scotland.”

Nick added “As well as the Versadisc we will have a comprehensive range of OVLAC ploughs and cultivation equipment on display at the event.”

OVLAC were winners of the 2018 Lamma Innovation Award, having been awarded The Loven Cup with the Reptill, a multi-purpose short disc harrow designed to reduce the number of inter-row cultivations in vineyards.
