We have newly equipped our workshop with a high-precision waterjet cutting machine.
Different from traditional cutting tools, waterjet cutting uses high-pressure water mixed with abrasive for cold cutting, which will not generate heat, so it won’t burn, deform or change the physical properties of rubber materials.
We can process products strictly following your CAD drawings, custom sizes, special patterns and irregular shapes. It supports one-time forming cutting, with smooth cutting edges, no burrs, and stable cutting accuracy.
This new equipment greatly improves our custom processing capacity, to meet your personalized gasket and rubber part requirements.
