Normally, the vacuum seeding machine is in rotary tube or in needle sucking in one row. Each of the type is working one row by one row, which means, it can only finish seeding one row in one second or less. If the plug trays has 10 rows, it needs about 8-9 seconds, if the plug trays has 20 rows, such as the 200 cells plug trays, it need 18-20 seconds to finish one tray seeding. To solve the problem of slow speed for trays with many small cells, we develop this special full tray seeding machine. The most advantage is the speed is greatly increased. Its speed will not be affected by the cells number in a tray. No matter it is 20 cells or 200 cells, or even 288 cells, it can be finish the work of seeds sucking and seeding into tray within 5 seconds! And as the machine mold is making exactly according the customer's tray, so the needles can be moved to the position of the center of the trays with high precision. It is good for foam tray which has a smaller cells than plastic trays.

Needles vacuum sucking is cheaper to change the needles, so it can be suitable for different kinds of seeds. Small seeds as 0.1mm and big seeds like 5mm are both acceptable for needle sucking, while the changing of needles is cheap and fast.
