Tough hose - GH HILCOFLEX AGRO
The GH HILCOFLEX AGRO is the GH agricultural all-rounder rubberized inside and out.
It withstands heavy use in fields worldwide:
- Irrigation, especially as a draw hose for pivot and traveler systems.
- drainage
- Sludge and wastewater spreading
- Slurry hosing

From the fiber to the rubber coating:
GH HILCOFLEX AGRO collects extra points with outstanding separation strength and a tight bending radius thanks to warp yarns made of high-strength polyester in a reinforced design and weft yarns made of a polyamide-polyester blend. Compared to a 100% polyester fabric insert, the pressure loss during subsequent use is significantly lower!
Optimum protection against mechanical damage is provided by the constant embedding of the fabric in the rubber lining: in the single-stage extrusion process, Gollmer & Hummel presses the high-quality NBR/PVC mixture through the fabric. Specific features are also available here, such as the use of dedicated compound additives for superior aging and ozone resistance.
