What is the CTC+ software and how it compares with the CTC lite
The main difference between the CTC+ and the CTC lite is data automation to analyze grain condition.
Technological advances are increasingly helping us simplify processes that previously required a lot of time and effort. At Gescaser, our R&D department has enhanced the grain status monitoring system by developing the CTC+ software, and its extension the CTC cloud, a temperature and humidity control system that can be accessed and monitored remotely through the cloud.
What’s exactly the CTC+ software?
The CTC+, and its extension CTC cloud, is a Gescaser software that provides information on the temperature and humidity levels of stored grain. The CTC+ collects all the information from a silo or warehouse and it automatically uploads this data to, allowing users to easily access online temperature and humidity information from anywhere, at any time.
What are the differences between the software CTC+ and the CTC lite?
The main difference between the CTC+ and the CTC lite is data automation. While the CTC lite is an application designed for use in silos or warehouses with only a few probes and sensors which requires physically moving to where the concentrator is in order to read the data, the CTC+ does not require physical movement since the software automatically collects data from all installed sensors periodically.
From where can you check the CTC cloud?
The CTC cloud is a system accessible from any device: a smartphone, a tablet or a web browser.
From any of them, you can read the temperature data, alarms, locate hot spots or check the fill level. On top of that, the graphs will enable you to clearly visualize the effects of ventilation and determine when a silo has been emptied and filled. Now that you have seen the main differences between the CTC+ and the CTC lite, we encourage you to continue discovering which is your best temperature control system so that you can always ensure you have your grain protected.
