Installation of 14 water silos at Duijvestijn Tomaten

Montera Techniek commissioned Genap to supply 14 silos in Pijnacker, in the Netherlands, as part of the new unit of Duijvestijn Tomaten. Water basins are often chosen for projects of this size, but due to lack of space, silos have been installed here. In total, the silos offer a storage capacity of almost 10,000m3 of clean water.

These daily stock silos are equipped with the new type of TLI (Tank Level Indicator) so that the contents can be seen at a glance. The silos, which are set up outside and collect rainwater from the greenhouse covers, are coated in green so that they blend into the landscape, entirely in accordance with the requirements of the municipality of Pijnacker.
