60 CM DEEP. JUST ONE STEP. FEWER SUBSEQUENT WORK.
The Farmtec Green rotary plough penetrates, crushes and mixes the soil, reducing the size of the clods and optimizing subsequent tillage.
Deep tillage doesn't just mean reaching greater depths. It means working the ground effectively along the entire affected profile, creating the conditions to reduce and optimize subsequent operations.
This is precisely where the Farmtec Green rotary plough stands out from the traditional plough.
Thanks to the rotary movement of the working organs, the rotary plough penetrates, crushes and mixes the soil, reaching working depths of up to 60 cm. The particular tillage action allows for smaller clods than traditional plough tillage, making the soil more easily workable in subsequent operations.
This means being able to reduce the number of steps required with subsequent equipment, such as the rotary harrow, with a potential advantage in terms of time, consumption and processing costs.
Another distinctive element is the absence of the typical working sole associated with traditional ploughing. The soil is worked in depth through the action of the rotating organs, favoring a more homogeneous processing of the affected profile.
The rotary plough also allows the crop residues to be buried and mixed along the entire processing profile. This contributes to a more complete management of residues and organic mass present in the field.
The result is deep and intense processing, in which penetration, crushing and mixing occur simultaneously.
For Farmtec Green, innovating tillage therefore means looking beyond mere depth: it means designing a machine capable of transforming the way soil is worked, reducing subsequent tillage and increasing the overall efficiency of fieldwork.
Up to 60 cm deep. One car only. Three basic actions: penetrate, crush, mix.
