From January 15th to January 16th, the 2024 annual summary meeting of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region's key research and development plan "Research on Cotton Small Arch Membrane Mechanized Planting and No-tillage Sowing Technology" project hosted by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region's Agricultural Mechanization Technology Extension Station was successfully held in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. The scientific research team of plateau agricultural and animal husbandry green production mechanization of the Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs was responsible for the key technology research topic of the cotton small arch membrane recycling machine. Xinjiang Autonomous Region Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Mechanization Technology Extension Station, Xinjiang Agricultural University, Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Guangxi Zhongyi United Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., as well as the heads of two experimental demonstration sites of Bazhou Agricultural and Rural Mechanization Development Center, Tacheng Agricultural Machinery Extension Station, and Shawan Agricultural and Rural Mechanization Development Center, as well as the subject backbone and project inquiry experts, a total of more than 20 people attended the meeting. The senior engineer of Sidikejiang Ai Waili, the project host unit, chaired the meeting. Since the implementation of the project in December 2022, each research group has carried out research work on relevant technologies and equipment in an orderly manner according to the plan objectives and main index requirements of the project task book, focusing on breaking through the core key technologies such as cotton no-tillage sowing, small arch membrane laying, and small arch membrane recycling. The key components have been optimized and designed ";" Researcher Zhang Shanying, the research project owner of the cotton small arch shed mechanized planting and no-tillage sowing technology research project, made a summary report on the overall situation of the project. Each project has applied for a number of national invention patents, authorized 3 invention patents, published 4 academic papers, and trained several graduate students; established 3 experimental demonstration bases in Shawan City, Bazhou Yuli County, Aksu and other places in the Tacheng area, and completed the cotton small arch film laying machine and cotton small arch film recycling Machinery and no-tillage seeding machinery equipment creation.

The expert group was composed of four well-known experts in the industry, including Fan Xiquan, Director of the Standard Office of the Agricultural and Rural Mechanization Development Center of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Parhati Maimati of the National Cotton Center, Wang Donglin of the Bazhou Agricultural and Rural Mechanization Development Center, Song Jun of the Tacheng Agricultural Machinery Extension Station, and Li Fang of the Financial Planning Office of the Agricultural and Rural Mechanization Development Center of Xinjiang Autonomous Region. The expert group listened carefully to the reports of the people in charge of each subject. After questioning, answering questions and discussing, they agreed that the organization and management of each subject was standardized and effective, and fully completed the annual research tasks and assessment indicators stipulated in the mission statement.
