Vergeer Dairy Farm: Milking Robot Rooms with Combiboard Zeta 175mm
How a twin-phase build in Overschild shows what Zeta panels can handle in a working dairy barn.
At Vergeer Dairy Farm in Overschild, Netherlands, Combiboard Zeta 175mm wall panels were installed around two DeLaval milking robots as part of a twin-phase project. Contractor Bouwbedrijf MT installed the roofing at 1.4 m height, enclosing the milking robot rooms in a way that meets the hygiene and durability demands of an active dairy farm.
Zeta 175mm panels are filled with concrete after installation, combining a smooth virgin PVC top layer with the structural stability of a concrete fill. The result is a wall that resists daily impact, is easy to clean, and requires virtually no maintenance. Exactly what a milking robot room demands.
Both phases of the project are completed and documented, offering a clear view of what Combiboard delivers in a real-world dairy setting.
