Fully Automatic Poultry Waterline Nipple Drinker Kit
Fully Automatic Poultry Waterline Nipple Drinker Kit
Product Advantages
Efficient Automatic Water Supply
The nipple drinker activates with poultry pecking, supplying water on demand. This ensures continuous, uniform hydration without manual refilling, boosting feeding efficiency.
Time & Labor Saving
Integrates with automatic waterline systems, eliminating daily manual watering tasks. For large-scale farms, this drastically reduces labor input for poultry care.
Anti-Waste Drip Cup DesignFully Automatic Poultry Waterline Nipple Drinker Kit
The matching cup catches excess water from the nipple, preventing spillage (which keeps coops dry) and reducing water waste.
Easy Installation & Compatibility
The holder (yellow/orange) simplifies mounting on waterlines, and the drinker fits standard poultry waterline systems—no complex modifications needed.
Durable Material
Made of sturdy plastic and stainless steel (nipple), it resists pecking and corrosion, ensuring long service life and reducing replacement costs.
Customer Pain Points Solved
Eliminates Manual Watering Burden: No need to repeatedly refill water containers, saving hours of daily labor (critical for large flocks).
Prevents Water Contamination & Waste: The closed nipple + drip cup design keeps water clean (avoids dust/feces contamination) and cuts down on water waste.
Ensures Uniform Hydration: Every bird has equal access to water, avoiding dehydration-related health issues or uneven growth.
Installation and Maintenance Manual for This Waterline Drinker
I. Installation Steps
Prepare Tools
Scissors (to cut water pipes), wrench (to fix connectors), tape measure (to position spacing)
Determine Installation Spacing
Chicks: Install 1 drinker every 10-15cm; Adult chickens: Install 1 drinker every 15-20cm (ensure easy access for all birds)
Secure the Bracket
Clip the yellow/orange bracket onto the main waterline pipe, ensuring it is level and stable
Install the Drinker
Screw the yellow nipple drinker into the corresponding interface of the bracket, tightening until no looseness (align with the pipe interface to avoid water leakage)
Adjust Water Flow
Open the waterline valve and check the nipple’s water output: Uniform flow (no dripping) when lightly pecked is ideal (fine-tune pressure via the waterline pressure regulator)
II. Daily Maintenance
Daily Inspection
Check if the drinker dispenses water normally and if the bracket is loose (retighten or replace damaged parts promptly)
Weekly Cleaning
Use a soft brush to clean feed residues/scaling on the nipple surface and inside the drip cup to prevent blockages
Monthly Deep Maintenance
Close the waterline valve, remove the drinker, soak it in clean water + neutral detergent for 10 minutes, rinse, air-dry, and reinstall
Inspect the stainless steel nipple for rust; replace it if worn (to avoid poor water flow)
