Turnkey farm project for egg production in Bahrain

Providing the growing population in the Middle East and Africa with safe food is a great challenge. With the construction of their new turnkey farm, General Poultry Company B.S.C. (GPC) is making a significant contribution to the ecological and economical production of safe, high-protein foods, creating local jobs and generating a high return on investment. The egg farm in Hamala, Bahrain, covers 30 hectares and comprises two rearing houses and six production houses. The new operation was built as a turnkey project within 37 weeks and allowed GPC to triple its annual egg production.
