The project involved creating an integrated system consisting of:

- Production Greenhouses: These host crops such as tomatoes, peppers, zucchinis, and eggplants. Here, hydroponic irrigation ensures a precise and constant supply of water and nutrients, enhancing both the quality and yield of the harvest.

- Nursery Greenhouses: Designed to support the critical germination phases, these greenhouses are equipped with technological systems that ensure efficiency and precision at every stage.

Additionally, a climate control system with state-of-the-art sensors regulates temperature, humidity, and ventilation, recreating the ideal conditions for plant growth.

1. Germination and Storage Chambers

These environments maintain stable temperature and humidity conditions, promoting uniform seed germination in trays.

2. Automated Irrigation Systems

The hydroponic system increases water efficiency in production, while our V5 Mobile Wings ensures precise and uniform irrigation in the nursery greenhouses, reducing waste.

3. TTL1200 Drum Seeding Line

A modular and highly productive solution, capable of processing up to 1200 seed trays per hour and equipped with patented insert bars for precise, accurate seeding.

4. Advanced Logistic Management

The use of pallets and carts to support and transport seed trays has streamlined the operational flow.
