Aerodynamic Grain Cleaner ALS
A Journey into the Farming Past — Inspiration for Modern Solutions
We recently visited a truly unique place — the Bread Museum. It’s a journey through time that reveals how respect for bread, land, and the hard work of farmers has been passed down from generation to generation.
Founded in 1984, the museum features an impressive collection of agricultural tools, some of which date back to the 1950s. From sickles to threshing machines, from wooden sieves to the first grain cleaners — each exhibit tells the living story of traditional farming.
For our team, which works daily on improving grain cleaning equipment, this visit was especially emotional. We saw it clearly: PRINCIPLES REMAIN, TECHNOLOGIES EVOLVE!
For example, the machines shown in photos 2 and 3 were built between 1900 and the 1920s. And they weren’t the first of their kind. Powered by steam engines or animal traction, they could only winnow grain and remove coarse impurities — with a capacity of up to 1 ton/hour.
In contrast, the modern Alistan Agro "ALS" separator with additional modules performs complete grain cleaning in a single pass, includes seed calibration, and can reach a capacity of up to 60 tons/hour. It handles cereal, legume, forage, oilseed, and grass crops with ease. Photos 4 and 5 show our fully equipped modern machine.
What once took days and several workers can now be done by a single machine — faster, better, and with minimal losses.
Respect for the past is the foundation of progress. At Alistan Agro, we are shaping the future of agricultural technology — grounded in experience, driven by efficiency.
