CaseIH launch Axial-Flow 6130

CASE IH have launched a new Axial-Flow header for the Australian market.

Featuring power efficiency and responsiveness, the 6130 is the latest in the popular 130 Series.

Case IH, Australia and New Zealand harvest product manager, Tim Slater said the 6130 suited a range of applications in the local market.

“These combines are ideal for operators looking to replace earlier model Axial-Flow combines or the smaller owner/operator or contractor looking for a cost-effective, efficient harvester,” he said.

Mr Slater said the header featured a Tier 3 engine rated at 240 kilowatts (332 horsepower) with a maximum load of 285kW (382hp), a two-speed hydraulic transmission capable of a maximum harvest speed of 13.5 kilometres an hour, a fixed cleaning system and a large grain tank.

“Our Axial-Flow Combine range has been improving harvest quality and productivity and maximising operator comfort for more than 40 years,” he said.

“The 6130 lives up to these high standards, with no combine simpler to operate, or more efficient around the paddock, regardless of the crop, field condition, or farm size.”

Mr Slater said the 6130 included standard elevators with yield and moisture sensors, a 6.4 metre unloading auger base tube and a fixed blade straw chopper with dual disc straw spreaders.

A Case IH AFS Pro 700 display with yield and moisture mapping and an AccuGuide is included.
